Financial help can also come from Scholarships. Probably the best option available, scholarship funds don’t have to be repaid. Everyone is eligible to apply, regardless of financial status. Lots of dollars are available, but it can be difficult and time consuming to track down the scholarships relevant to you. Individual university and college handbooks detail scholarships offered. The career centre at a college/university will usually have a library of awards for which you can apply and material can be provided by the financial aid office at the school you’re planning to attend.

The Internet is also a good source of scholarship information.
